Welcome to Testa.co.ke, an online educational platform that connects trainers with students by offering access to revision assessment tools. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Instructor Accounts: Trainers must register an account to upload and manage their assessment content. Instructors are responsible for ensuring their content is original and does not infringe on any copyrights.
Student Accounts: Students must create an account to access assessment tools. Viewing is allowed within the platform; downloading or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Instructors retain full ownership of their uploaded assessment content.
By uploading content, instructors grant Testa.co.ke a license to display and distribute the content to users who have paid for access.
All content on the platform is for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
Each assessment tool is sold at KES 10.00.
Instructors earn 30% (KES 3.00) per sale.
Testa.co.ke retains 30% (KES 3.00) as an administrative fee.
Instructors can request a withdrawal of their earnings at any time. Payment will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
You agree not to:
Share, download, or redistribute assessment content.
Upload harmful, plagiarized, or inappropriate content.
Interfere with the platform's operations or security.
Testa.co.ke reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Testa.co.ke shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
